You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of making your reservation for a full refund, minus any hotel-specific service fees.
Cancellations made after 24 hours and before your scheduled arrival date may be refunded minus booking fees and partner penalties.
If your booking is marked non-refundable, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after your arrival date.
Returning earlier than planned does not qualify for partial refunds on unused parking or hotel nights.
In rare cases of major disruptions (weather, emergencies), requests may be reviewed at our discretion.
